Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared as baby-sitters in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99), and Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She has also appeared in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker and former stand-up comedian, and JoAnn, a cooking instructor and weaver. She is of Italian descent. Cook was able to make her public service announcement while in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children by the age 10 and appeared on national ads for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
